Our Team

Summer Events

Air Wisconsin places a special focus celebrating our teams hard work and dedication throughout the year. Each summer, employees have the opportunity to attend a baseball game near each of our locations. These events are a great way to facilitate bonding with team members and their families.

Other activities include team bonding events, the chance to attend a Packers football game as part of our Runway to Gameday Recognition Program and participating as part of the Air Wisconsin team for Appleton’s annual Sole Burner 5K.

Giving Back

At Air Wisconsin we believe that we’re more than just an employer − rather, we strives to contribute to the many communities where team members live and work. In fact, giving back to the community and its people is at the very center of Air Wisconsin’s mission.

Throughout the year, Air Wisconsin participates in many philanthropic opportunities such as Pulling for Honor, Mile of Music, Girls in Aviation Day, Adopt-A-Highway, Adopt-A-Family, and the North Pole Express Flight.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) are voluntary, employee-initiated groups of Air Wisconsin comprised of employees who share common interests, issues, background, characteristics, or pursuits.

ERG’s enhance feelings of connectedness and provide opportunities for employees to seek and offer support to one another.

Rewards and Recognition Programs

Part of Air Wisconsin’s mission is to create an environment in which employees know their efforts are recognized and enjoy coming to work. That’s why the company has established various programs to show appreciation to team members for their hard work and dedication. These programs help contribute to an atmosphere where employees feel connected to Air Wisconsin. A positive employee outlook helps create trust and respect throughout the organization.
